i) Glass, metals, and durable plastics from the demolition of a building. Vapour barrier is acceptable.

j) Broken and aged asphalt only and trimmings from roofing projects.

Carpets and floor coverings are only acceptable as C & D waste if found to be attached to structural material from a building demolition project. No other carpet or floor covering is accepted at the C & D site.

Packaging

Any form of packaging is unacceptable at the C & D site and should be recycled if possible or disposed of appropriately. Packaging includes, but is not limited to, cardboard, boxboard, plastic bags, plastic wrap, plastic/metal pails and drums, or any product containers.

C & D material may be transported to the disposal site in cardboard boxes and plastic bags. The boxes and bags must be emptied at the site and taken back for reuse or recycling.  Clean cardboard can be placed in the 35-yard recycling bin located at the C & D site.

Burned Material

Burned material from the demolition of a building will not be accepted as C & D waste unless approved by the landfill Site Supervisor and/or Environmental Coordinator.

Flood damaged material, material contaminated with sewage, animal waste, chemical spills or from other remediation projects will not be accepted as C & D waste.

 We cannot accept hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, or any type of toxic or biological waste.

We will dispose of most non-hazardous materials such as; construction debris, demolition or renovation debris, yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliances, furniture, scrap metal, dirt, sod, rocks, gravel, cement, concrete, bricks, asphalt, drywall, roofing, and garbage.

You can dispose of your old tires for free at your local service station. And if you have any empty paint cans, you can drop them off at the bottle recycling depot - also for free! But, if you want some help disposing of them, we can lend you a hand. We charge an additional fee of $10+tax per tire and $40+tax per appliance for our services. And, in case you're wondering, we can take empty paint cans as long as the top is off and they are completely dry.

We are proud to offer same-day or next-day service, and we work tirelessly to deliver top-notch service. While delays can happen, we are confident in our ability to provide the best possible service to our customers.

A rental period of up to 7 days is standard for our dumpsters. Storage fees will be charged for rentals exceeding 7 days at a rate of $25 per day, $100 per week, or $200 per month.

We offer a full-service junk removal package with all of our dumpsters and trailers. We load everything for you into the dumpster and get it done quickly.

We offer delivery of various quantities of topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, and other materials ranging from a tandem load to 5 yards at a time. If you prefer not to have the delivery dumped in your driveway, we can deliver it in a trailer or dumpster, making it easier for you to unload.
